Shri Dilip Ray is a law graduate and has completed his master’s in business administration. As a hotelier and a politician, he started his journey simultaneously during the early 80s, though the hotel has always been his passion. Shri Dilip Ray is the founder and Chairman of MAYFAIR Group of Hotels, a leading hospitality group in Eastern India. In his journey of 40 years in the hotel industry, he has brought up Fifteen premium properties in Eight States of India.

Ms. Ray is the Managing Director of the Company. She is actively involved in the working of the MAYFAIR Group, contributing to the overall growth of the Group. With her pro-active leadership, the Company is approaching towards a new level of success.

Ms. Ashta Ray, the Whole-time director of the Company has been actively involved in the business of the Company since last 10 years. She is a qualified interior designer and the Company has grown significantly under her leadership & guidance.

Smt. Sanjna Ray is a hotelier and also a Whole-time Director of MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts (Sikkim) Private Limited. She has done Post Graduate in Hotel Management from Switzerland. She is associated with the hospitality industry for the last decade and also counsels and is actively involved in various management decision-making processes of the company and operations of the best luxury resort having live shore Gaming Casino - MAYFAIR SPA RESORT & CASINO, GANGTOK.
MR. JAYANT RAY
Whole-Time Director
Mr. Jayant Ray, a hotelier and past Director of MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts (Goa) Private Limited and MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts (Bengal) Private Limited. He is the son of Sri Dilip Ray, Chairman of MAYFAIR Hotels and Resorts Limited. He has done Post Graduate in Hotel Management from Canada. He is associated with hospitality industry since last one decade’s and also counsels and is actively involved in various management decision-making process of the Company and operations of the hotel at Siliguri and Raipur.
MR. MRUTYUNJAY MAHAPATRA

Mr. Mrutyunjay Mahapatra, an Independent Director on the Board of the Company, is a professional with over 3 decades (~40 Years) of rich experience in senior leadership positions in General Management and diverse areas of IT, Innovation, Strategy, Decision support Systems, Corporate Banking, International Banking, syndications, Private Equity, Investments, Credit appraisal and Administration, Retail banking and Branch Management, Forex Operations, Client Relationship Management and Personnel Management in the Banking Sector. He is the Former CEO of Syndicate Bank and worked in the boards of Canara Bank, C-edge (An IT company which is a JV of TCS), NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India), DSCI, SBI California, SBI Canada.

Shri Ashok Kumar Bal belongs to the 1983 batch of Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and held various leadership positions in Government, Public Sector and Corporates. He combines diverse experience across broad spectrum of activities and sectors. Mr. Bal holds Master’s Degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. He did MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He also holds a Law degree from University of Mumbai. After taking VRS from IRS, he joined as President, Chairman’s Office, Reliance Industries Ltd., Mumbai and thereafter, as the Chief Executive Officer-India Mining Operations, Essel Mining & Industries Ltd., a flagship company of the US$42 billion Aditya Birla Group.

Shri Arun Kumar Panda, an Independent Director on the Board of the Company, is a retired IAS officer having more than thirty-six years of diverse work experience in the Government. He served at various senior leadership positions overseeing policy and strategy formulation, both in Central and State Government. He conceptualized and undertook many high profile path breaking initiatives. He also Worked as Secretary to Government of India for almost three years in the Ministry of MSME, seven years’ experience in various verticals of Health Sector, both policy making and implementation level in Government of India. More than five years’ experience in Housing and Urban Development in the state of Odisha; both as the Principal Secretary to the Government and as Chief of the Capital Region Development Authority
CA MANOJ KUMAR GOUDA

CA Manoj Kumar Gouda, is the President, CFO and Whole Time Director of the Company and having a demonstrated history of working with hospitality industry since last two decades. Over the past 22 Years, CA Manoj Gouda is associated with this company and he has held several leadership positions in Finance, HR & Administration, Purchase, IT, Corporate Compliance, etc leading various functional and cross-functional transformational initiatives, implementing business strategies and driving digital transformation. He played an exemplary role in framing the Standard Operating Procedure, Guidelines and policies of the Company as required from time to time and always takes a lead role in the completion of the various management decision-making processes of the Company with due commitment.
