Professionally trained Jr. Executive Chef, Santosh Kumar Sahoo has experience & expertise in all aspects of kitchen operations in an international hotel chain. He has been consistently recognized at academic levels for good performance.
CHEF NIRANJAN NAYAK
A talented chef with over 35 years of experience in preparing delicious healthy dishes, Chef Niranjan Nayak is organized and reliable with outstanding menu creation capabilities, known for attracting and retaining customers. He provides culinary management skills for a fast-paced kitchen.
CHEF DHARMENDRA
Chef Dharmendra has a promising 8 years of experience as a Sous Chef. His specialization includes Continental & Oriental cuisine. Signature dishes like Roasted basil pepper Lamb, Wood rusted Chicken with mushroom ragout Sauce etc. are something to be looked for. He loves meeting guests and is always creative in nature.
CHEF SHARBAN
Chef Sharban joined us in 2011 as a CDP in continental and has 18 years of experience. He is working as a capacity of Junior Sous Chef in Western cuisine. His signature dishes include Butter garlic crab, and American Meat Loaf which is the best in town. He is a team player and multi-talented.
